We have provided comprehensive and detailed information about the file types that we work with and that you can submit. We have also provided guidance for your CAD drawings.

The best way to ensure this is by following our simple guidelines. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The file types that we accept were outlined above, you should ensure the following:[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

1 unit should be equal to 1mm
Please provide us with a scale guide drawing – for example draw a 200 x 200mm rectangle on the drawing and mark it as a “scale guide”.
Gaps between parts – please leave 3mm around the border of the sheet and 7mm between parts to allow for the cutter.
There are numerous offsets which can be cut from the same curve. You need to express which side of the line you want Simply CNC to cut, or whether or not you want us to cut on the line.

If you provide us with a sketch we can convert it to a CAD file\drawing\design.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Even if you don’t have a sketch – you can contact us and we can help take your thoughts through to creation! Please note that there will be an additional charge for this service.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Can we have a test cut?” tab_id=”1468239258030-8cf48ea6-bd41″][vc_column_text]A test cut is possible but they are charged at our standard rate.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How long will it take to cut and manufacture our project?” tab_id=”1468239297520-ca7a5b90-3449″][vc_column_text]The turn around time can be as little as 5 working days but it really does depend on whether or not your cut is a one off, how large your project is (in terms of size) or if it is a production run. This is where FRI projects differ from other CNC cutting service providers.
